Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using Pirate Ship, which automatically finds the lowest available carrier rate based on your package size and destination. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS using cubic rate pricing.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and mailed out within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

Shipping Time:

Average delivery time is 3-5 business days once your order has been shipped. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. We always try to keep shipping costs down by packing products efficiently in our smallest box, however when a larger box is necessary it will be reflected in the shipping cost.

Delays:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help you file a claim or find a resolution. I can be contacted at Stoneandsparrowsoaps@gmail.com

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to me, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.

International Shipping:

At this time, I only ship within the United States.
